Oh God,
I'm asking for
Peace,
For there is so much
That is uncertain.
Teach me to look
Beyond myself
To great promises
In Your
Word.

I'm asking for
Trust,
For there is so much
Seeking my reliance.
Teach me to look
Towards Your love
That reaches infinite
And holds
Fast.
Oh God,
I'm asking for
Wisdom,
For there is so much
I don't know.
Teach me to look
Through Your eyes,
To react with a mind
Fixed on
You.
